These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Love Automations' services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Love Automations provides automated SMS communication systems for small businesses, including missed call recovery workflows and related automation tools.
Services
Our Services include the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of automated SMS workflows deployed on behalf of business clients. Services are provided for both personal and internal business use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions and Billing
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring monthly billing. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
- Free Trial: We may offer a 30-day free trial at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will not be charged automatically — you must confirm to begin paid service.
- Payment: We accept PayPal and other methods as agreed upon at time of purchase.
- Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, contact us directly using the information below. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, contact us within 30 days of your payment and we will work to resolve the issue. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated at our discretion.
SMS Messaging Compliance
Our platform sends automated SMS messages on behalf of our clients through registered A2P 10DLC campaigns. By using our Services as a business client, you agree to:
- Ensure your end users have consented to receive messages
- Honor all opt-out requests (STOP replies) immediately
- Use our Services only for lawful business communications
- Comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier regulations
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of third parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our systems
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
Limitation of Liability
Love Automations' total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through direct communication for a period of 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Missouri, United States. Litigation, if required, will also take place in Missouri.
We will cover arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive relative to the amount in dispute.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
